How to become a fit person?

Now, first off all I am a fit person, so I can speak on a subjectSmile. You may ask what defines fitness, and I agree it’s difficult to define. Because I personally do not call sports person with all kinds of traumas and sickness fit even if he or she can beat my in marathon or whatever. To me being fit means to never be sick (or fallen sick quickly recover), have no pains, and being able to run for your life efficiently if necessary.
OK here is my rules:
1. Become a runner (runners are most fit people on earth period.) Run about 30 minutes a day, note that I count not in miles but in minutes. In the beginning start from 10 min, and add 10 min every month. So 1’st month 10min a day, next 20, and next month 30 minutes a day, all 4 times a week. Make a two day break during a week. And then stop, never exceed 45 minutes a day. Above that you will start feeling pains in your foot (develop a condition).
2. After running make stretching exercises.runner_image
3. Do the these  two rules and it will be more that enough for lifeSmile. Everything else in little details, minor additions and these 2 practices will change EVERYTHING how your body functions, how strong you are and how good you feelSmile. So good luck.

Why nobody talks about end goal of humanity?

Then politicians like Barack Obama today talks about what he is going to do during his next term, he is talking about things like “less poverty”, “more jobs”, “smaller tuition fees for college”, “combating global warming”. But this is always the same in every election, all the same goals, like 100 years ago, with maybe exception of global warming problem.
Downtown Tucson Panorama
My question is - if America, certainly one of the richest countries in the world , can’t already today have “no poverty”, “jobs for everyone who wants”, “free college education”, “carbon emissions free economy” then NO COUNTRY can. 100 years will pass and every country will have the same goals, but NEVER accomplish them, because USA did not with all the resources and money they have today.
So why America can’t have ultimate perfect country yet? Do they need more money, stronger economy? How stronger? As strong as aliens from outer pace have? If America is lacking resources to have perfect  humanity social system today, then all the other countries even more so.
So which country will stand up and say – we don’t need excuses of having not enough resources and going to build green, eco-friendly economy, with equal opportunities for every citizen to reach his or her life’s potential, with no stress of loosing job, no demands to work harder only to find out about failing health. So what is the end goal of all policy makers of today, what is “perfect” social, economical and environmental system to them and why they cannot make it today?

What is city life’s future?

I think city in 70 to 100 years will be empty for a most part. Because I predict people will have virtual reality rooms, which will be advanced combination of todays Facebook and video games.
City
People will wake up in a morning, switch to the group of morning exercisers, and a room will show a forest and a exercise instructor and all fellow exercisers. They all in real world will be in their homes, but virtual reality’s room’s walls and ceiling and floor will be just big 3D television's screens which will show them real time computer generated graphics.
And people will never have to leave their homes, because food will automatically come to refrigerator by placing refrigerator in a wall with hole to outside. So refrigerator will be programmed in advance what food is needed, will order what is lacking and robots (or people) will bring the food open refrigerator from outside the house and owner of the house will open refrigerator from inside the house and see all the food (security issues is not a point of prediction, they will be solved).
So people will stay in their home’s working in simulated offices with real colleagues but just on the screen rather then flesh and bone real ones like today. Flying in simulated world of James Cameron's Avatar’s Pandora with their Facebook type fiends, playing games, chatting, flirting, going to projected Lady Gaga type of concerts all in their homes.
No need to ever go outsideSmile

What sort of renewable energy is the best?

Most popular sources of renewable energy are wind farms, solar plants,  Bio energy and wave energy. Of course there are more. But out of these mentioned which has the best prospect of solving the world energy needs       in the long run (say 500 years).
Wind power is used a lot these days, but I think that wind farms cannot solve the energy problem in the long run because there is just not enough wind power on the planet to capture to respond to ever growing demand of electricity.
The same goes for wave energy. Use of bio energy pushes world's food prices up, so only some forms of it can be used locally, it can't run the world.
Solar energy has the most potential, it still has to develop , to reach good cost/benefit ratio, because as of today it is very expensive and government's of the world is subsiding it, to help develop the technology. Sun has sure enough energy, we only have to find ever better ways to capture it, and transform to electricity. First more we need to find more effective solar panels, then maybe place solar panels in space, and direct laser to earth to transfer energy from these orbital solar power plants. (to cost effectively transfer materials to space I think we need to build a space elevator). Then possible we could build solar power stations on mercury, because it is close to the sun and has solid surface. How to transfer energy from mercury is not so clear, but maybe very good  batteries or the same laser, but maybe it should be directed not to earth, but to use some laser power grid in space of some sorts, where energy received by laser from one place is directed to another and so on until it reaches earth.

Can atomic power be an answer to world's energy needs?

Atomic power was, in my opinion a "surprise" invention. Albert Einstein thought of a formula, and it was like this "O we can build an electric power station out of this". And they started building, and they there successful for a most part. Power plants there built, electricity made until... "Bumm" in Chernobyl,
and then Fukushima.
So here lies the problem, word is here to stay, electricity demand is to rise, but we decide to answer this demand by atomic power, then only question remains: "Where does it end?". More atomic power plants -  more risk of an accident, nobody can prevent it, that why it is called "an accident". More radiation poisoning to innocent civilians for generation until world is not suitable for life. Sound to my life cutting the branch on which you are sitting on.
We need to thing of better way. Answer this energy question not be postponing  the problem to future generation. We need to think of renewable energy.
